Olympique de Marseille is currently looking to hire a member of Tottenham.

Papa Matar Sarr, the Tottenham winger, is expected to return to France.

OM love the Senegalese

According to Le 10 Sport, Olympique de Marseille would seek to enlist him, but he is not the only one on this file. Rennes and Lille are also interested in the former Metz player, who joined Spurs two years ago for 17 million euros.

New Spurs manager Ange Postecoglou has yet to decide the 20-year-old’s future. The trend for the Senegalese would still be a departure. Last season, he struggled to find a place in the Tottenham first team.

Sarr is not the only Senegalese player playing in England to be in OM’s sights. This is also the case of Iliman Ndiaye (Sheffield United). The recruitment of the latter is however proving to be complicated and it is not at all certain that this transfer will succeed.
