The soap opera Kylian Mbappé is experiencing a new twist this weekend with the arrival in the file of Saudi Arabia, which will try its luck for the Bondynois.
So it’s official. Since he has not been called up by Paris Saint-Germain for his preparation tour in Japan, Kylian Mbappé is no longer part of the capital club’s plans for next season. This is the case for all the players who will stay in France in the coming days, the Wijnaldum, Draxler & Co.
For PSG, there are only two options: either Mbappé extends his contract this summer or he will be sold before the end of this transfer window. The news inevitably put Real Madrid on alert, since it is the Bondynois’ preferred destination in the event of departure. But other clubs, notably English (Liverpool, Manchester United…), could also try their luck.
They are not the only ones. According to Foot Mercato, Saudi Arabia “has started the process to bring in Kylian Mbappé” in his championship. After dreaming of Lionel Messi, the Saudis are therefore trying the blow with Mbappé, who would be destined for the Al-Hilal club, the formation joined this summer by Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Neves and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Athletic also mentioned this Saudi approach, but assures that Mbappé rejected it. The player, who wants to win the Champions League, and regularly confides that money is not a priority for him, only plans to go to Real Madrid in the event of departure.
