Joao Felix’s future at Atlético de Madrid is unclear. The Colchoneros are looking to sell him this summer but so far there’s no concrete interest in the Portuguese.
As a result, Felix is set to stay at Atlético for now, but in a bombshell interview (via Fabrizio Romano), the 23-year-old confirmed his next dream destination: FC Barcelona.
“I would very much like to play for Barça. Barcelona has always been my first choice and I would like to join Barca. It has always been my dream since I was a child. If that happens, it will be a dream come true for me.”

Felix has already been linked with a move to Barcelona in the past, as well as this summer. Unfortunately for him, a deal is highly unlikely to happen now due to the Blaugrana’s poor financial situation.
However, a deal in the future cannot be ruled out, although it will likely depend on Felix’s decision whether or not to stay at Atlético de Madrid for the foreseeable future. At this point, that appears to be the case.
