Harry Kane has been the subject of particular attention in recent weeks.

The England international striker has been heavily linked with a move away from Tottenham, where he has just one year left on his contract.

Several clubs, including Real Madrid, have explored the possibility of signing Kane this summer. At this stage, Bayern Munich are the favorites, although they have yet to find an agreement with Spurs.

Kane may stay this summer and not sign a new contract, which means he will be free in 2024. If so, Barcelona will look to sign him, as reported The Athletic.

Kane seems open to leaving England and FC Barcelona could attract him. However, given that Barcelona are highly unlikely to be able to compete financially with other clubs, a transfer would be very difficult to pull off.

In addition, FC Barcelona already has Robert Lewandowski in its ranks, as well as Vitor Roque from Athletico Paranaense. Prosecuting Kane therefore doesn’t make much sense, unless they decide to sell Lewandowski.
