Announced on the shelves of PSG, Dusan Vlahovic received a threatening message from some Parisian supporters.
Dusan Vlahovic is clearly not welcome in Paris… In search of a number 9 this summer, PSG would have notably checked the name of the striker from Juventus Turin. On Sunday, Foot Mercato even announced an agreement between the player and the capital club on a five-year contract and a salary of around 11 million euros. All that would be missing is for the Parisian leaders to find common ground regarding the transfer fee with their Juventini counterparts.
A potential arrival which is clearly not wanted by some supporters of the Rouge et Bleu, who have decided to let it be known. Indeed, two banners hostile to the Serbian striker were deployed around the Parc des Princes on Sunday. “Vlahovic in Paris, they cut off your three fingers” or “From Paris to Pristina, cosmopolitan and proud”could we read.

The Serbian striker is accused by some of being ultra-nationalist after wearing this t-shirt with a map of Serbia that includes Kosovo. 🇷🇸🇽🇰

A sign used by neo-Nazi fringes
The reason for these threaten? A snapshot of Dusan Vlahovic with his compatriots Filip Kostic and Stefan Mitrovic putting forward three fingers, when celebrating Serbia’s qualification for the 2022 World Cup. A gesture which is notably used by neo-Nazi fringes of the country, although there are nuances in its use.
