PSG are looking for a striker this summer. Or even two. The Parisians have already announced a number of players in recent days, and there seems to be only one sector to strengthen now: the tip of the attack. Many names have flared up in recent days, ranging from Harry Kane to Dusan Vlahovic, via Victor Osimhen or Gonçalo Ramos.
But now the serious English media The Telegraph explains that it is the English striker who is number 1 on the list. “PSG will sign Harry Kane if they are sure the player wants to leave Tottenham”, explains in particular the newspaper, very sure of itself. As a reminder, the Three Lions star’s contract expires in a year, and Daniel Levy and Spurs need to sell him this summer to salvage something.
Harry Kane will have to decide
The media also reports that the Parisian interest in Kane has nothing to do with the Mbappé file, and that even if the French were to stay, it would not change anything. For now, Harry Kane seems tempted by Bayern, but the Parisians are confident they can make a better offer. Nasser al-Khelaïfi has already had initial discussions with the management of Tottenham.
The ball is therefore in Harry Kane’s court. The latter will have to give the green light to PSG to launch a serious offensive, or not. In case the Englishman is hot to join the Parc des Princes, PSG will make him their flagship summer reinforcement for the attack and will put a huge sum on the table…
