Three years after leaving Marseille for Lille, Isaac Lihadji sees his football career darken. Only 21 years old.

The Marseille leaders did not appreciate it at the time. Not satisfied with the proposal made by OM, Isaac Lihadji chose Lille in the summer of 2020 to sign his first professional contract.

The attacking midfielder born and trained in the Provençal city did not really like being removed from the group of André Villas-Boas either, precisely because he and his clan were reluctant to continue with OM.

After a failed experience at Losc, replacement status then dismissed at the start of the 2022-2023 season, he was sold last January to Sunderland.

In the jersey of the Championship club, the 21-year-old is not doing any better at all. Lihadji continued to wax the bench and was never established in the English D2 championship.

A bitter failure which prompted the Black Cats to separate in turn from Isaac Lihadji. He will now continue his career at Al-Duhail in Qatar. Not really the destination he aspired to three years ago when he turned professional.
