Back from loan to Bayern Munich after two seasons in France, Alexander Nübel should not make old bones in Bavaria. Indeed, the former goalkeeper of AS Monaco does not project himself at the German champion whom he had nevertheless joined in 2020 from Schalke 04, determined to shake up the hierarchy. But the situation has changed and the 26-year-old wants to find playing time elsewhere.

If we were to talk about Stuttgart’s interest in the Paderborn native, Sports Picture reports this Friday that an English club, in this case Leeds United, has entered the dance. If the Swabians wish to attract the German international in the form of a loan, for its part the English formation, just relegated to the Championship, is considering a fixed transfer and offers him the guarantee of having a starting place. The Bavarian management, meanwhile, is more inclined to sell him as his contract runs until 2025. In order not to be overtaken in this case, Stuttgart will have to quickly make a decision before starting its summer preparation camp in Neukirchen (Austria), Monday.
