FC Barcelona have already completed three transfers this summer (Ilkay Gundogan, Inigo Martinez and Vitor Roque), but the deal is far from over.

Joan Laporta recently revealed that Xavi Hernandez wants three more signings this summer, and one of the players FC Barcelona will try to sign is Bernardo Silva. According MDthis is their main transfer target.

Xavi absolutely wants to sign the Portuguese international, who also wants to join Catalonia. Pep Guardiola reportedly assured Bernardo that he would be allowed to leave Manchester City if FC Barcelona were interested in him.

PSG is late

Considering the Blaugrana’s financial difficulties, it will be extremely difficult to get a deal done, even though FC Barcelona don’t consider it impossible. However, with other clubs interested in the 28-year-old, including Paris Saint-Germain, the task could become even more daunting.
