Inter Miami makes a revolution for Messi

Inter Miami, Lionel Messi’s new club, is preparing for its debut by building additional stands at the DRV PNK Stadium.

Inter Miami’s DRV PNK stadium can only accommodate 18,000 people. With Lionel Messi due to spend the next two seasons with the MLS club, the American side have decided to expand their arena, according to local media.

The club rightly believe they will be able to fill their stadium every week once the Argentine superstar arrives, and they want to maximize his presence by increasing the capacity of the enclosure.

As a reminder, Lionel Messi is set to make his debut for the Florida club on the upcoming July 21.

The club hopes the stadium expansion will be completed in time for Messi’s arrival in MLS. Inter Miami’s average attendance in 2022-23 is barely above its maximum capacity.
