While the threat of Bradley Barcola leaving for PSG could materialize, OL are not letting it go and intend to strengthen offensively this summer.

Appearing timidly during the 2021-2022 season, Bradley Barcola took off last season to finally establish himself as a starter in attack alongside Alexandre Lacazette. The pure Lyonnais is now expected at the turn for the year of confirmation in 2023-2024, especially since OL have never opened the door to a sale of their prodigy. But the interest of PSG and the financial difficulties of Lyon can change this file. John Textor and his teams are struggling to convince the DNCG of the good economic health of their club, and if a major sale was not planned, the prospect of seeing PSG put 50 million euros on the table can change lots of opinions.

Linz asks for 10 ME

While waiting for this file to settle, OL are also concerned about their attack on the left side. Indeed, Austrian journalist Georg Sander confirms OL’s interest in Keito Nakamura, the LASK winger. Information already heard last month, but which therefore materializes, while Lille and Rennes also follow the Japanese international. The Linz club has already indicated that it would only consider a sale from 10 million euros, for a price that does not put off any suitor at the moment. Keito Nakamura still has two years of contract, and a change of club would not displease him, even if tenors like Dortmund and Liverpool are also monitoring his situation. In any case, OL are not done with their transfer window and intend to hit hard with a fast player who is also capable of finishing actions, since he has just finished with 14 goals in the Austrian championship.
