Still coach of Paris Saint-Germain, Christophe Galtier was placed in police custody with one of his sons, this Friday, as part of the alleged discrimination case when he was in Nice.
His departure from PSG is still not official, but this Friday Christophe Galtier will not be able to negotiate with the capital club. Indeed, the public prosecutor of Nice confirmed the placement in police custody of the former coach of the Gym, as well as that of his adopted son, John Valovic-Galtier. The two men have been heard by the police since 8:45 a.m. after being summoned as part of the investigation into a possible “ discrimination at work based on membership of a supposed race or religion. » This placement in police custody obviously follows revelations about the content of an email sent by Julien Fournier to the management of Ineos in which he accused Christophe Galtier, then coach of OGC Nice, of having held before him Racist Thoughts. Since then, the Riviera club had been searched and players were also heard, while for his part Christophe Galtier had filed a complaint for defamation. The judicial police now want to know the version of the coach and his son, who is also his representative.
