The Paris Saint-Germain striker confirmed his position and said he was surprised by anger of its leaders. As a reminder, the French sent a letter to his superiors to confirm his refusal to activate the optional year. The captain of the Blues could therefore leave free in 2024. An unthinkable scenario for the Ile-de-France management who is thinking of transferring him this summer.

Unsurprisingly, this development alerted the Spanish press, which already sees Real Madrid jumping at the chance. Except that the Merengue may be faced with an unexpected competitor.
