No one saw it coming, but Kang-In Lee has a good chance of signing for PSG in the hours to come.
After having completed the signings – not yet formalized – of Marco Asensio and Manuel Ugarte, Paris Saint-Germain may have their third recruit in the summer transfer window. Indeed, according to information from Marca and Relevo, the capital club has tied up the arrival of Kang-In Lee from Mallorca. The South Korean prodigy, who comes out of a promising season in La Liga with six goals and six assists, caught the eye of Luis Campos who did everything in his power to grill Atlético de Madrid, Aston Villa and Manchester United in this case.
Luis Campos has completed the transfer of Kang In Lee
The efforts of the PSG sports coordinator have paid off since, according to the specialized media, an agreement has been reached between all parties. In recent days, however, it is Atlético de Madrid who held the rope to welcome the prodigy from Mallorca with an offer of 12 million euros which was going to be accepted by the Spanish club. Determined to recruit the South Korean playmaker, Luis Campos turned everything upside down with a bid of 15 million euros.

PSG’s proposal has been accepted by Mallorca and Kang-In Lee has already agreed on the basis of his future contract in the French capital. Barring a big turnaround, Paris Saint-Germain therefore have their third transfer window recruit after Manuel Ugarte and Marco Asensio. A player that no one expected at PSG when he was associated with Olympique de Marseille three years ago. Indeed, on May 6, 2020, L’Equipe indicated that Marseille and Nice were very fond of the man who then wore the colors of Valencia and who already at the time was estimated at around 15 million euros on the transfer market.
