To compensate for the probable departure of Christophe Galtier, Paris Saint-Germain is trying to reach an agreement with the German Julian Nagelsmann. For his part, football adviser Luis Campos has a preference for José Mourinho. But his plan risks falling through if Saudi Arabia takes action.

While the transfer window opened its doors this Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain cannot give the identity of its future coach to its potential recruits. The capital club is preparing to dismiss Christophe Galtier. But the Ile-de-France management still does not know which coach will succeed him when he resumes. The lucky winner could be Julian Nagelsmann with whom the Parisian leaders are negotiating, for the moment without success. The discussions with the German not being so advanced, Luis Campos can always keep his priority track in mind.

Saudi Arabia attacks coaches

Remember that the Paris Saint-Germain football adviser, who initially wanted to keep Christophe Galtier, would like to appoint José Mourinho. But his plan risks falling through if Saudi Arabia takes action. Indeed, the residents of the Saudi Pro League are not only interested in the big names on the field. Those present on the benches are also targeted. The Al-Ahli club could well attract the Roma coach, announces journalist Rudy Galetti, who understands that exchanges could be started in the coming hours.

Note that the Special One would be Al-Ahli’s priority. But the tracks leading to his Portuguese compatriots Sergio Conceição (FC Porto) and Marco Silva (Fulham) are also mentioned. It remains to know the intentions of José Mourinho who has not yet announced his decision. The Giallorossi coach could very well continue the adventure, provided that his superiors are more ambitious. Otherwise, a departure to Saudi Arabia or Paris Saint-Germain, if the door really opens, cannot be ruled out.
