The 16th day of Serie A continued this Sunday and Fiorentina wanted to regain their place on the podium. Traveling on the pitch in Bologna, the Viola was ultimately in difficulty. Hanging on for a long time then even led by a goal from Jens Odgaard (59th), the Tuscan team lost 1-0 and remained stuck in 4th position. Bologna took advantage of this to move seventh ahead of AC Milan and put themselves back in the race for Europe.

At the bottom of the table, Parma (14th) hosted Hellas Verona (18th), the first to be relegated. Quickly in the game, Diego Coppola launched Hellas (5th) before Simon Sohm equalized (19th). Manhandled, Parma would once again concede a goal from Amin Sarr (57th) before Daniel Mosquera (75th) secured a significant advantage. If Simon Sohm revived the locals at the end of the match (90th), that did not prevent a great 3-2 victory at Hellas Verona which came out of the red zone (16th). Parma slips to 15th place just ahead of its tormentor of the day.
