Under the leadership of Mikel Arteta, Arsenal has returned to center stage in the Premier League for two years. In order to stay in the race, he seems open to the idea of strengthening his squad during the winter transfer window. This is what he suggested at a press conference before hosting AS Monaco this Wednesday in the Champions League.
Arteta ready to recruit if necessary
“The transfer window gives us the opportunity to strengthen the team. It remains to be seen whether the Gunners management will be willing to invest during the next transfer window to meet these needs.
As a reminder, after their duel against the Principality club for the 6th day of the LdC, the team from north London will challenge Everton next Saturday in the championship.
