Strong emotions for the return of football to Valencia. This Saturday, Valencia CF returned to its Mestalla stadium to face Betis Sevilla. A first match at home for the Valencians since the terrible floods which hit the city and left more than 200 dead in recent weeks.

“GO VALENCIANS, UNITED AS ALWAYS”here is the message that Valencia CF wrote on their X account for this return to Mestalla. The 53,000-seat stadium put on its special evening clothes to celebrate the memory of the victims of the floods. With a giant tifo in the color of the city flag, which extends on either side of the spans and a tarpaulin with the names of the victims.
