Chelsea have confirmed the appointment of Enzo Maresca as their new manager, following the departure of Mauricio Pochettino.
The Blues had contact with Kieran McKenna, the Ipswich Town manager, and Thomas Frank, the Brentford manager, in the days that followed. However, Maresca quickly emerged as the favorite and he has now been confirmed as the fourth permanent coach of the Todd Boehly era.
