Liverpool plans to rely on a Cameroonian center forward for the first year of the Arne Slot era.

According to the British daily The Standard, the Cameroonian international has been admired by the Merseysiders for many months. A raid concerning him could therefore take place quite quickly.

He scored 50 goals and provided 42 assists in 200 appearances for the Bees, often playing alongside Toney. The problem is that Brentford do not want to sell him, especially if they were to part ways with Toney.
