Around Ligue 1, preseason is well underway, and the champions Paris Saint-Germain will fly out to Sweden this week, playing a local Swedish team and then a glamour friendly against Real Madrid on July 27th. During this game, the players will reveal the new NIKE away kit, and wear it against Carlo Ancelotti’s new team.
To support this launch, NIKE have created an on- & offline concept that will start on this Thursday July 18th in Paris.
From their social platforms, Nike Football France will launch a treasure hunt in Paris.
FIVE Eiffel Towers will be hidden in the streets of Paris and clues will be given out on our Facebook page (through a dedicated event page, available here : http://go.nike.com/ICICESTPARIS), our Twitter account, the PSG’s Twitter & Facebook and Mamadou Sakho’s Twitter feed. As you know Mamadou Sakho was born and raised in Paris and he is a true illustration and reflection of what Paris is for young kids. Young, ruthless, a bit unconventional but hungry for titles and for more.
When contestants find the location of the Eiffel Tower, they will have to rush to the specific place, take a picture of themselves and post it on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #ICICESTPARIS.
The best one, selected by Mamadou Sakho, will have the privilege of presenting officially the new Away kit to players during their training camp in Sweden, next July 24th.
A fantastic prize for a lucky PSG fan, a once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close and personal with the team.
