Let’s look at how the team did in Week 4.
It was success all round for the team as Lille v Monaco, Angers v Dijon, Lyon v Bordeaux and Nice v Marseille all saw goals for both sides. You see we do know what we are talking about at times!
Ah, spoke too soon! None of Enzo Crivelli, Bernardo Silva, Moustapha Diallo or Alassane Plea found the back of the net. Oh dear.
BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Jeremy has gone for the Olympico here and with two porous defences, he could be on to a winner. While Lyon will be without Alexandre Lacazette, they coped well in an excellent midweek Champions League victory. Marseille will look to Bafetimbi Gomis to punish his former side.
Best price: 13/18
Philippa has chosen Toulouse v Guingamp. While both teams have been relatively tight at the back there are goals in each side. Will the nerves of preserving one of the league’s only two unbeaten records get to Guingamp?
Best price: 1/1
The battle between two of the promoted sides has been Andrew’s pick this week as Dijon host high-flying Metz. In Mevlut Erding, Metz have the league’s second top scorer after his hat-trick last week. In their last home game, Dijon put four past Lyon. This looks a good bet.
Best price: 21/20
Rich has gone for Monaco v Rennes as the home side build on a super start to the season. Monaco are unbeaten, the league’s top scorers and secured a fantastic Champions League win at Wembley over Tottenham on Wednesday. Rennes now have Paul-Georges Ntep back and while frugal in front of goal, have the potential to sneak at least one.
Best price: 11/10
Philippa has gone for Lyon’s Corentin Tolisso. The youngster was a stand-out performer in the win over Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday and found himself on the scoresheet. With Lacazette out, he has played in a more advanced role and thrived.
Best price: 6/1
With three goals to his name and €3000 therefore having gone to charity, Rich has gone for Martin Braithwaite to hit the net against Guingamp.
Best price: 11/5
Bordeaux haven’t struggled for goals this season and Jeremy has gone for their joint top scorer Diego Rolan to add to his tally this weekend against a struggling Angers.
Best price: 39/19
Finally, Andrew has chosen last weekend’s headline maker Mario Balotelli. After his two-goal debut for Nice, he looks a strong bet to follow this up against Montpellier.
Best price: 12/5
